How is carbon fiber "refined"?
Carbon fiber is a kind of special fiber composed of carbon element. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, friction resistance, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. 1. Cutting: The prepreg is taken out from the freezer at -18 degrees below zero. After waking up, the first step is to accurately cut the material in the automatic cutting machine according to the material drawing.
2. Paving: The second step is to apply prepreg on the paving tooling, and lay up different layers according to the design requirements. All processes are performed under laser positioning.
3. Molding: Through automatic conveying robots, the preforms are sent to the molding press for molding (PCM). Huate can currently mold in 5-10 minutes. It has 800-1000 tons of presses and can form various large-scale workpieces. .
4. Cutting: After molding, the workpiece is sent to the cutting robot workstation for the fourth step of cutting and deburring to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. This process can also be operated on the CNC.
5. Cleaning: Dry ice cleaning at the cleaning station to remove the release agent, which is convenient for the subsequent coating process.
6. Glue coating: The sixth step is to apply structural glue at the glue application robot station. The glue application speed, glue application speed and glue output are accurately adjusted. Part of the connection with the metal parts is riveted and carried out at the riveting station.
7. Assembly inspection: After the glue is applied, the inner and outer plate assembly is completed. After the glue is cured, blue light inspection is performed to ensure the dimensional accuracy of key holes, points, lines, and surfaces.
