The flame retardant properties of aramid are determined by its own chemical structure, and therefore it is a permanent flame retardant fiber that will not decrease or lose flame retardant performance due to use time and washing times. aramid has good thermal stability and can be used continuously at 205 ℃, maintaining high strength even at high temperatures above 205 ℃, Aramid fibers have a high decomposition temperature and do not melt or drip under high temperature conditions. Carbonization only begins when the temperature exceeds 370 ℃


3. Stable chemical properties


Meta aramid has excellent resistance to most chemical substances, can withstand most high concentrations of inorganic acids, and has good alkali resistance at room temperature.


4. Radiation resistance


The radiation resistance of meta aramid fibers is very excellent.


5. Durability


The excellent friction and chemical resistance of meta aramid fibers can still achieve a tearing strength of over 85% of the original strength after 100 washes

Aramid fibers have good thermal stability. At high temperatures, it does not deform until it decomposes. It can be used for a long time at 180 ℃, and the strength and modulus do not decrease after one week at 150 ℃.
