In order to vigorously promote the spirit of labor model, spirit of labor, and spirit of craftsman, on April 27th, the county held the first "Shuiyang Craftsmen" naming conference at the county administrative center, and 10 first-time "Sheyang craftsmen" with innovative and creative spirit to Xue Xianfeng and others. The winner is named. Tian Haibo, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of Organization, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Zhengjun, chairman of the county federation of trade unions, presided over the meeting. At the meeting, the director of the County People and Social Bureau, He Ridong, read the "Decision on Naming the First Sheyang Craftsman" jointly issued by the County Federation of Trade Unions and the County People and Social Bureau, and held an award ceremony. He Hanzhong and Zhou Xiangji made speeches on behalf of the two "Shuiyang craftsmen."

At the meeting, Tian Haibo, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of Organization, elaborated on the purpose and significance of this commendation, and put forward three requirements on furthering the spirit of craftsmen and fully inspiring the innovation and entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the staff and workers of the entire county: First, vigorously carry forward artisans Spiritually, see the virtuous people and realize the beautiful dream of life. At the meeting, Wang Zhengjun conveyed the spirit of the provincial party committee secretary at the 14th provincial congress of trade unions, and put forward requirements for conveying and implementing this conference.
